About Our Catering
Corporate & Event Catering Across The GTA
The Big Panino has been family owned and operated since 1967, serving hot, made-to-order sandwiches from our Vaughan shop. That same kitchen, fresh-cut meat, house-simmered sauce, and kaiser buns baked daily, is what shows up on your catering platter.
Whether you're planning a weekday office lunch, a birthday party, a wedding, or a company milestone, our catering menu goes well beyond sandwiches. Build a spread from crisp salads and antipasto, and a tray of tiramisu or fresh fruit to finish.
Catering is available for pickup or local delivery, with platters sized for groups of ten to two hundred. Contact us with your date and headcount, and our team will help you put together the right order for your event.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How far in advance do I need to book catering?
- We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours ahead for most orders. Larger events (50+ guests) should be booked a week or more in advance so your participating location can plan accordingly.
- Is there a minimum order size?
- Minimums vary by location and platter type. Most locations can accommodate orders starting around 10 guests. Contact your nearest shop for exact minimums.
- Do you offer delivery, or is it pickup only?
- Both. Pickup is available at every participating location, and local delivery is offered at many shops for an additional fee depending on distance and order size.
- Can you accommodate vegetarian guests or allergies?
- Yes. Our Veggie Sandwich, Garden Salad, and Quinoa Salad are popular vegetarian options. Let us know about any allergies when you place your order so we can advise accordingly.
